1.  Scroll down to website footer

2.  Under Quick Links, click on Customer Service

3.  In Search Field, enter in your question and recommendations and details will be provided

4.  You may also click on FAQ to view a list of frequently asked questions

5.  Click on the desired question (For example: How do I change my password?) and

     specific step-by-step details are provided

6.  To get back to the Customer Service Page, click on the American Hotel Register or Amtex logo

7.  Track Order & Delivery, Returns How to use Website, Product, and Contact Us are also links to       additional information
