Assigning GL Codes to Product Categories (Video)

To Assign

1.  Hover over Admin Management

2.  Click Assign GL Codes to Product Categories

3.  Click View All Level 3 Categories

4.  Under the column titled Action click Assign

     a.  Select Account GL Code (optional)

     b.  Select Department Code (optional)

     c.  Enter in Subaccount Code

     d.  Click "Is this a conditional Capital Category"

          i.  Yes

         ii.  No

5.  Click Save - A blue pop up message will let you know "You have successfully saved

     GL Assignment"

6.  Click "Back to GL Code Landing Page" to further assign categories

7.  Select your Level 3 Category to continue

8.  Click "View All Level 4 Categories"

9. Under the column titled Action click Assign

    a.  Select Account GL Code (optional)

    b.  Select Department Code (optional)

    c.  Enter in Subaccount Code

    d.  Click "Is this a conditional Capital Category":

         i.  Yes

        ii.  No

10.  Click Save - A blue pop up message will let you know "You have successfully saved

       GL Assignment"

11.  Select your Level 4 Category to continue

12.  Click "View All Level 5 Categories"

13.  Under the column titled Action click Assign

      a.  Select Account GL Code (optional)

      b.  Select Department Code (optional)

      c.  Enter in Subaccount Code

      d.  Click "Is this a conditional Capital Category":

           i.  Yes

          ii.  No

14.  Click Save - A blue pop up message will let you know "You have successfully saved

       GL Assignment"

To Edit

1.  Hover over Admin Management

2.  Click "Assign GL Codes to Product Categories"

3.  Click "View All Level 3 Categories"

4.  Under the column titled Action click Edit

      a.  Select Account GL Code (optional)

      b.  Select Department Code (optional)

      c.  Enter in Subaccount Code

      d.  Click "Is this a conditional Capital Category":

           i.  Yes

          ii.  No

5.  Click Save - A blue pop up message will let you know "You have successfully saved

      GL Assignment"
