1. Hover over My Account
2. Click Quotes
3. Click View Details
4. To accept a quote, click Accept Quote
5. You will be prompted to enter in Comments if you have questions or feedback
6. Click Submit - a blue pop-up message will let you know this quote has been accepted
7. If you wish to change a quote, Click Request Change
8. You are prompted to enter in Comments regarding your change
9. Click Submit - a blue pop-up message will let you know Customer Service has been notified
