Need to review your past orders? Under Order History there is a wealth of information! You can quickly reference your Placed orders by Order #, Ordered By, PO#, Order Status, Date, and Total. Order status is complete once the full order is shipped. Order Status shows in Process if the order is partially shipped or order is being processed. Pending orders has similar information but also includes the current approval status or level. You can click on the Order # or View Details to see where the order was shipped to, a summary of the charges, and the items in the order. Once an item ships, the tracking link is indicated. By clicking “Reorder” you can quickly add the same items to your cart!
1. From the home page, select my Account and Order History
2. Sort the transactions differently by selecting one of the Sort by options
a. Order # (Low-High)
b. Order # (High-Low)
c. PO# (Low-High)
d. PO# (High-Low)
e. Date Placed (Old-New)
f. Date Placed (New-Old)
g. Status
3. Select Placed Order or Pending Approval Tab
a. Information found on Placed Orders
i. Order number
ii. Order by
iii. PO#
iv. Order Status
v. Date Placed
vi. Total
b. Information found on Pending Approval
i. Cart ID
ii. Date Placed
iii. PO#
iv. Total
v. Approval Status
4. To view the order details, select the order number or View Details (blue hyperlinks)
5. Review the order information
a. Details at the top
b. Summary of charges
c. Items in this order
i. Includes tracking links for shipments
6. To reorder, click on Reorder
a. Cart will show the total number of products with "Item(s) successfully added
to your cart!" message
