For damage claims in the U.S., please call 1-800-323-5686 or complete the "Returns" form found on the "My Accounts" drop down listing. When contacting us to report a damaged shipment, please be prepared to provide the order number and product information about the damaged goods.
Note: You do not have to accept damaged merchandise if you make sure to note the number of items damaged on your delivery receipt and proof of delivery. You must also contact our Customer Care Department immediately at 1-800-323-5686.
Clearance products are sold ‘as is’ or as a ‘final sale’, which means that they are not refundable or returnable. They are sold without any warranties. Consolidated Hospitality Supplies has no liability for any damages or injuries resulting from the purchase or use of any products.
