Retrieving Your Password & Username (Video)

Username

If you have forgotten your username go to the Sign-In and select "Forgot Username". You will be required to provide your email address, first and last name, along with your customer account number. If you are unsure of your customer account number, you can live chat with a web representative or e-mail us at webspecialist@americanhotel.com to retrieve this information. After completing this request, you will receive an email containing your username. 

Password

Upon signing in, click on the My Account link located in the upper-right hand corner of every web page. To enter a new password, and select "User Information". Enter the new password and click "Update".

If you have forgotten your password go to the Sign-In and select "Forgot Password". After providing your email address, you will receive an email where you will be able to reset your password. 

Note: Your password is case sensitive and must be entered the exact same way it was during registration. Passwords requires a minimum of at least seven characters, and must contain both numeric and alphabetic characters.

Remember Me

"Remember Me" sign in is a convenient online feature, which remembers your user name and password each time you return to AmericanHotel.com . Plus, as an added security feature, we will always ask for your password before you access your sensitive account information on our site.
