Simply place items in your shopping cart from our online catalog and during the checkout process select "Register Today". At that point you will have to select whether you are a New Customer Account or Existing Customer (see definitions below). After providing the necessary information, you will be prompted to "Submit" your order. An e-mail will be sent to confirm your account, user, and order information.
New Customer (Create an Account)
You are considered a New Customer when you have not ordered from American Hotel Register Company either online or through the printed catalog and do not have a customer number. If you are not sure if you have a customer number, you can live chat with a web representative or e-mail us at email@example.com and a representative will assist you.
International New Customer (Or New User)
You are considered an International New customer when you do not have a customer number and the order you are about to place for your shipped goods has a final destination outside of the United States. Please call our toll free number, 1-800-323-5686 and a representative will be able to assist you in setting up the appropriate customer account.
Existing Customer (Create a Login)
You are considered an Existing Customer if you have previously ordered from American Hotel Register Company and have a customer number but have not ordered online yet. If you do not know your customer number, you can live chat with a web representative or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative can help you obtain your customer number.
