For online and phone orders, an e-mail will be sent shortly after your order has been submitted providing order total, tax and freight costs. This is only available on phone orders if an email has been provided.
No matter how your order was placed, you have the ability to check order and shipping status online. Sign in and click on My Account in the top right corner of the site and select Order History. All orders placed within the last 12 months will be listed.
From Order History, you may check the shipping status of any order placed in the last 12 months. Order Status will indicate if the order has shipped. Click on View Details/Tracking next to each order and select Show All Shipment Info to find tracking number and estimated ship dates.
